You can order custom magnets from a dozen national printers. Most of the time that is fine. The times it is not fine are the times that matter, and they are all about deadlines.
The two ways a magnet order goes wrong
The color comes back wrong, or the box arrives after the event. Distance makes both worse.
With a national printer, your file enters an automated queue and prints without a human looking at it. When something is off, you are opening a support ticket with a company in another time zone, four days before a wedding, with no way to escalate.
Locally, if a photo will not reproduce well we call you before printing. And if your event is Saturday and the shipment is not going to make it, you can drive over on Friday.
Pickup and delivery
Local pickup is available by appointment on any order, at any size. Small sets, single reorders, a rush job you need in your hands.
Free delivery on orders of 500 units or more, across Houston, Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land, Pearland, Richmond, Spring, The Woodlands, Tomball, and Pasadena.
We also deliver directly to venues, funeral homes, churches, and schools. On a week where someone is planning a wedding or a service, removing one errand matters more than it sounds like it should.
Rush orders
Rush production exists. It is not unlimited, and the honest version is this: tell us your date before you order and we will tell you plainly whether we can make it.
We would rather turn down an order than miss a memorial service. That is not a marketing line — a missed date on this kind of product is not recoverable, and there is no refund that makes it right.
For memorial orders on a compressed timeline, we do not charge a rush premium. Families planning a service in four days have enough going on.
