How big are the magnets?
2 inches by 2 inches. Larger sizes are available on bulk orders — contact us before ordering.
What are they made of?
30mil flexible magnet stock, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks and sealed under a matte laminate. The matte finish means no glare and it wipes clean.
How strong is the magnet?
Strong enough to hold itself and a sheet of paper on a refrigerator door indefinitely. Not strong enough to hold a stack of mail — that is not what this is.
How long do they last?
The pigment inks are rated 20+ years indoors without visible fading. The laminate protects against kitchen grease and handling.
Do they work on stainless steel?
Most stainless refrigerators are magnetic, but some higher-end models have a non-magnetic stainless layer. Test with any magnet you already own before ordering a large set.
Photos
What photo quality do I need?
Any photo from a phone made in the last decade works. Screenshots and heavily compressed text-message images are the common problem — send the original file if you have it. We check every image and tell you before printing if one will not hold up.
Can you use old or faded photographs?
Yes, and this is one of the things we are best at. Photograph the print flat in window light or scan it at 300dpi. Faded, yellowed, and lightly damaged prints usually come back better than the original.
Can I order duplicates of the same photo?
Yes, at no extra cost. A 20-set can be four people each getting five copies of the same image.
Do you edit or crop my photos?
Every image gets hand color correction. We crop to square as needed and will tell you if a crop loses something important.
Orders and shipping
How long does it take?
Small sets: 2 to 5 business days production, 3 to 5 days transit. Bulk orders: 5 to 20 business days after proof approval, depending on quantity.
Do I get to see a proof?
Bulk orders of 100+ always include a digital proof, revised until you approve it. Orders of 200+ include a mailed physical sample. Small sets do not include a proof by default — ask if you want one.
Can you rush an order?
Often, yes. Tell us your date before you order. We would rather decline than miss a wedding or a memorial service.
Do you ship outside Texas?
Yes, nationwide from Houston.
Is local pickup available?
Yes, by appointment on any order size. Free local delivery on bulk orders of 500+ across the Houston metro.
Returns and problems
What if something is wrong?
We reprint it free. No return needed. Because every magnet is personalized we cannot resell returns, so we do not accept them — but the reprint guarantee covers anything that arrives damaged, wrong, or not up to standard.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Before production starts, yes — contact us right away. Once your proof is approved and printing has begun we cannot cancel, since the materials are already committed to your images.
Bulk and wholesale
What is the minimum for bulk pricing?
100 units. Pricing drops at 200, 500, 675, and 1,000.
Can one order have multiple designs?
Yes, at no extra charge.
Do you offer trade or wholesale accounts?
Yes, for planners, venues, photographers, gift shops, and organizations. Net terms available after two completed orders.
Can you print licensed characters or team logos?
No. We cannot print trademarked logos, mascots, professional or collegiate team marks, or licensed characters. We can print your own photos, names, numbers, and dates. If you are unsure, ask before ordering.
