Shipping Policy

Everything at Lavender & Citrus Keepsakes is made to order by hand in Houston, Texas, so please allow time for production before your order ships.

Processing time Orders are produced and ship within 5 to 7 business days. Each magnet is color corrected, printed on photo stock, sealed under a glossy laminate, and checked by hand before it leaves the studio. During launches, holidays, or large custom orders, processing may take a little longer, and we will let you know if that happens.

Shipping methods and rates Standard shipping is $8 and arrives in 3 to 5 business days after your order ships. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Express shipping is $15 and arrives in 1 to 2 business days after your order ships. We currently ship within the United States.

Total delivery time Because each order is handmade, plan on production time plus transit time. A standard order typically arrives about 8 to 12 business days after you place it. If you need your order by a specific date, message us before you order at info@lavenderandcitruskeepsakes.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow a day for tracking to begin updating.

Address accuracy Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will need to be reshipped at the buyer's cost.

Lost or damaged packages If your order arrives damaged, or if we made a mistake, we will reprint it at no cost to you with no return needed, under our free reprint guarantee. For packages lost or delayed in transit, contact us and we will help you track it down and make it right.
