Our products We make custom photo magnets and related keepsakes to order. Because each item is personalized using photos you provide, the product images on our site are examples, and your finished product will reflect the photos you upload and their quality.

Your photos and content When you upload photos for an order, you confirm that you own the rights to those photos or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful content. You grant us permission to use your photos solely to produce and fulfill your order. We do not sell your photos or use them for anything other than your order without your permission.

Photo quality Your finished magnets depend on the quality of the photos you upload. We color correct every image, but we cannot fix photos that come in blurry, dark, or low resolution, so please upload the clearest images you have.

Orders and pricing All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent. Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Shipping Production and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Handmade orders take time to produce, so please review that policy before ordering.

Returns and refunds Because our products are custom made, they are covered by our Refund Policy. In short, we do not offer refunds for issues that come from the quality of the photo you uploaded, and we will reprint any item that arrives damaged or that we made in error at no cost to you.

Intellectual property All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Lavender & Citrus Keepsakes and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lavender & Citrus Keepsakes is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
