How a bulk order works
- You tell us what you need. Quantity, date, designs.
- We quote it and lock a production slot. No deposit required to hold a date while you decide.
- You send photos, we send a digital proof. Revised until you approve it. On 200+ we mail a physical sample too — you should never approve a thousand magnets off a screen.
- We print, finish, and check every magnet by hand.
- We deliver or ship. Free local delivery across the Houston metro at 500+ units. Staged delivery available at no extra cost.
Split runs cost the same
A 500 pack can be one design or five. We do not charge extra for multiple designs inside a single order — which matters for team rosters, family reunions, multi-client corporate gifting, and weddings that need separate save-the-date and favor designs.

Terms
50% deposit begins production, balance before shipping. Purchase orders accepted. Net terms available after two completed orders. Wholesale accounts get designs kept on file for 10 to 12 day reorders.
