Refund policy

Every order at Lavender & Citrus Keepsakes is custom made by hand from the photos you upload. Because each set is personalized and made just for you, we handle refunds and returns a little differently than a shop selling off the shelf. Please read this before you order.

Custom and personalized orders

Since your magnets are made to order with your own photos, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, the wrong set size, or photos uploaded by mistake. Please double check your set and your photos before you check out.

If something arrives damaged or wrong on our end

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, or we made a mistake in printing or fulfilling it, we will reprint and resend it at no cost to you, no return needed. Just email us within 7 days of delivery at lavenderandcitruskeepsakes@yahoo.com with your order number and a quick photo of the issue, and we will make it right.

A note on photo quality

Your magnets turn out only as good as the photos you upload. We color correct each one, but we can't fix a photo that comes in blurry, dark, or low resolution, so please send the clearest, highest quality images you have. Because the final result depends on your original photo, we can't offer refunds or reprints for quality that comes from the uploaded image itself.

Cancellations

Need to cancel or change your order? Email us as soon as you can. We can make changes or cancel for a full refund as long as we have not started making your order. Once production begins, we are not able to cancel.

Lost or delayed shipping

Once your order ships, delivery is in the carrier's hands. If your package is lost or badly delayed, reach out and we will do everything we can to help track it down or make it right.
