What's included at volume
Every bulk order gets a digital proof revised until you approve it. At 200+ we mail you a physical sample before the full run — you should never approve a thousand magnets off a screen. At 500+ you get individual poly-sleeving, a locked production window, a named contact, and staged delivery at no extra cost.
Split runs cost the same
A 500 pack can be one design or five. We don't charge extra for multiple designs within an order, which matters for team rosters, family reunions, multi-client corporate gifting, and weddings that need separate save-the-date and favor designs.
Lead times
5–7 business days at 100 units. 7–10 at 200. 10–14 at 500. 15–20 at 1,000. All measured from proof approval, not from order date — the proof cycle typically adds 2–4 business days depending on how fast you respond.
