How your order works

You do not upload anything at checkout for bulk orders. After you order, I email you within one business day to collect your photos and design details and assign you a named contact. I send digital proofs plus a mailed physical sample to approve before the run, then stage your delivery so save the dates come early and favors come closer to the day. I walk you through the whole thing directly.

I color correct every photo by hand before it prints, so your colors and skin tones come out right instead of gray. That hand work is the whole reason I take the time I do, and it is exactly what a machine printer skips.

A note on photo quality

Your magnets are only as good as the images you send me. I color correct every one by hand, but I can't fix a photo that comes in blurry, dark, or low resolution, so please send the highest quality files you have. You approve proofs and a physical sample before I print, so once those are approved I can't offer refunds or reprints for quality that comes from the original image.

If something is wrong on my end

If your order arrives damaged or I made a printing mistake, I will reprint it, no return needed. That covers my mistakes, not the quality of the images you sent.
